As many of you already know, Majesty King Evan of Wales is not only your DJ and Stand-Up Comedian—
he is also an expert in audio engineering, photography, videography, and AI media production, with decades of real-world experience in public events, nightlife, festivals, broadcast, and celebrity environments.

And because some people don’t know the law—and love to complain even when they’re not the subject of a shot—here is the official clarification:

⚖️ Legal Notice

I studied Constitutional Law in the U.S.A. and in Mexico City at UNAM (Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México).
I am well-versed in the legal standards governing public photography, videography, Paparazzi work, and the creation of AI-assisted media.

Here are the core principles:

📸 1. You have NO reasonable expectation of privacy in public.

Sidewalks, streets, beaches, parks, outdoor venues, parades, and Pride events are all public spaces.
If a camera isn’t specifically focused on you—and you are simply part of the background—
you have no legal claim.
Period.

🎥 2. Public photography is 100% legal unless:

• You are trespassing

• You are using the images commercially without a release

• You are intentionally defaming someone by portraying them in a false or harmful light

• You are fabricating damaging content (deepfakes, edited lies, etc.)

• ​

⚖️ 3. “False Light” and Defamation ARE illegal.

If someone purposely:

• paints you in a false narrative

• manipulates a photo to make you look bad

• posts AI-generated or altered media to ruin your reputation

They can be:
✔️ Sued
✔️ Fined
✔️ Imprisoned
✔️ Held liable for damages

And yes—people have gone to jail for this.

📸 4. Pure, honest photography in public is fully protected by the First Amendment.

If you don’t want to be in the background of someone’s shot in a public place, that is your personal preference,
not a legal requirement.

If you are not the subject…
don’t start drama. Just move along.  Bars, Restaurants, and Businesses who don't want on the map can ask me not to take photographs but keep in mind that if you are rude, I will Ai and Yelp you right out of business. Places like McDonalds, Cafe Nero, Starbucks, AMC Theatres, and a zillion more love my photography and know that it helps with the bottom line...MONEY.  Any employee who sends Evan McIntyre Elite Photography, Videography, and Paparazzi to another establishment is going to lose not just money a reputation and possible Yelp reviews from an expert and master in copy-writing for radio and media commercials and promotions (see my references on my LinkedIn Page).  Polite requests are always met with compliance.  Treat me like a human being and I will treat you like one.  Also, politicians and celebrities...a selfie with DJ Evan Michael McIntyre did wonders for Metallica, Sir Mix-a-lot, Erasure, John Waters, Johnny Knottesville, Teri Nun of Berlin, President Bill Clinton....and many others achieved greatness and peak in celebrity after a picture with me and so will you when we meet at an event soon.  Do you want to be seen?  As you know I post on Social Media one million times a day since MySpace with my first band the Generix.

⭐ My Professional Ethics

As a longtime paparazzo in Bel Air, Beverly Hills, and West Hollywood, I have photographed countless celebrities—always respectfully and never in a way that harms anyone.

I’ve captured stars including:

• Shawn Hatosy (your idol)

• Lady Gaga

• Joan Jett

• Fabio

• Ozzy Osbourne
  …and many more.

When a celebrity or handler requests removal, I comply.
I have never damaged a reputation, and never will.
That’s not who I am.

One time in West Hollywood at Pride, Fabio’s companions were worried I might catch him in a compromising moment.
I told them:

“Don’t worry—I’m not that kind of paparazzi.
I’m Evan… DJ Evan from Heaven, 777.”

They laughed, turned to Fabio, and said:
“Strike a pose!”

We may or may not have enthusiastically taken screenshots of interesting, beautiful humans found on the internet. If you’re one of them and you’d rather not star in our accidental gallery, just let us know — we’ll take it down faster than you can say “oops.”

But honestly, consider it a compliment. This could be your unofficial launch to stardom. I mean, Marilyn Monroe, Beyoncé, Barbra Streisand, James Dean, Metallica, Sir Mix-A-Lot — none of them started as models either. You could be an actor, a singer, a mechanic, a plumber, a janitor, or working the McDonald’s drive-thru with main-character energy.

And hey, if you want to throw a product in the shot, go for it. Eddie Kramer taught us that trick.
